The Shire of Waroona maintains a comprehensive set of Minutes from Council Meetings.

Minutes of Ordinary Council Meetings are available to the public within ten (10) working days after the meeting. Minutes are available for perusal at the Shire of Waroona Administration Office, and Waroona Public Library. Current month Minutes will be placed on the Website following confirmation at the next Ordinary Council Meeting.

Copies of Appendices to Minutes which may not be available electronically can be obtained by emailing Council's Executive Support Officer - Sue Cicolari at eso@waroona.wa.gov.au or by telephoning 9733 7805.
