A compulsory weekly rubbish removal service is conducted by contractor's Cleanaway throughout the townsites of Waroona, Hamel, Preston Beach, also the Old Coast Road, Tuart Grove and Armstrong Hills subdivision.

This service is conducted every Monday on the Old Coast Road, Tuart Grove, Armstrong Hills subdivision and Preston Beach, every Tuesday for Waroona and Hamel. This service provides for one bin per household per week.

Please ensure that your bins are on the verge by 6.00am positioned half a metre apart and one metre back from the kerb.

Should either get damaged or stolen in any way, please contact the Shire of Waroona office on (08) 9733 7800 or complete the form below and submit to request repairs or a replacement. There is no charge for the repairs or replacement of bins however only one green and one recycling bin will be issued per household at a time.

If your bin is on the verge on time but missed out during the collection, Cleanaway may be able to return to pick it up if they are advised on the same day. They can be contacted on (08) 9550 4777.

Each residence has a yearly bin service charge of $195 including rubbish/recycling collection and tip passes. This charge is subject to change at the review of rates.

Bin Requests
