Mr Paul Webb is the Director Technical Services.  The DTS is responsible for all engineering concerns within the Shire including road construction and maintenance, footpaths, parks and gardens such as:

• Planning, organising and supervising the construction of roads within the Shire
• Organising road inspections
• Contract administration
• Planning, organising and supervising all private works
• Managing tenders for materials, plant and equipment
• Budgeting
• Road works administration
• Project administration.
