Thanks to sponsorship from the Shire of Waroona, the Peel Bright Minds – Trail Blazer initiative is FREE to a Waroona participant with all expenses covered including meals, accommodation and activities.
Trail Blazers is a mentorship program designed for young people who are keen to learn new things (especially in the areas of science, technology or engineering), expand their comfort zone, develop their leadership skills, meet new friends and unlock the on-going support of mentors.
It features a five-night residential summer camp which is packed full of challenges, guest speakers, workshops and activities that teach important life, leadership and STEM skills.

Ages: 13-17 years (as of 23rd January 2022)
Camp Dates: 17 January – 22nd January 2022
Eligibility: Must live in the Peel region.
Cost: Free
