Variation to Restricted Burning Time

Bush Fires Act 1954

Notice is hereby given that due to seasonal conditions the Shire of Waroona has in accordance with delegated authority and the provisions of the Bush Fires Act 1954, shortened the "Restricted Burning Time" for a period of fourteen (14) days.

Permits to Set Fire to the Bush will not be required from 12.01 am on Wednesday, 18 May 2022.
