An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our Works team. This is a hands-on role contributing directly to the construction and maintenance of the Shire’s roads and infrastructure, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our local community.
The Final Trim Grader Operator will play a key role in delivering high-quality road construction and maintenance by performing precision grading to support the Shire’s capital and maintenance works programs. The role involves operating and maintaining the grader and other plant, assisting with general civil works such as drainage and earthworks and mentoring other staff to build future capacity.
