This Shire-led campaign, proudly funded by Alcoa and the Shire of Waroona, is designed to encourage residents and visitors to support local businesses and keep spending within our community.

How do I enter?
Click here to submit an entry to Shop Waroona & Win. You will need to provide a copy of your receipt, name and phone number. You can also submit your entry in person at the Shire of Waroona Administration Office, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm.
What businesses are involved?
All of them. Any receipt from any business operating within the Shire of Waroona is eligible.
That includes:

Buying a drink from the hotel – yes.

Buying a bottle of wine from the winery – yes.

Fuelling up at the servo – yes.

Doing your grocery shopping – yes.

Getting a haircut – yes.
- Booking a tradie, cleaner, gardener – yes.

Staying at a holiday park – yes.

Staying at an Airbnb or short-stay accommodation – yes.
If the receipt is from a business operating in the Shire of Waroona and shows the date, business name and amount spent — you’re in.
Does it matter where I live?
No. Anyone who shops at a business within the Shire of Waroona during the campaign period can enter.
What's the minimum spend? Can I enter more than once?
The minimum spend is $10 per receipt - this gets you one entry into the draw. For example, $10 = 1 entry. $100 = 10 entries (maximum per receipt).
You can submit multiple receipts throughout the campaign, up to a maximum of 50 total entries per person.
What if my receipt doesn't show the business name?
Receipts must clearly show:

Receipts that do not show this information may be deemed invalid.
Are online purchases eligible?
Yes, provided the business is operating within the Shire of Waroona and the receipt shows the required details.
Are home-based businesses eligible?
Absolutely! Receipts from home-based businesses operating within the Shire of Waroona are eligible.
When and how will the winners be drawn?
The draw will take place shortly after 12 June 2026 and will be livestreamed on the Shire of Waroona Facebook page. The exact date and time will be announced closer to the draw.
