Council Meetings

The Shire of Waroona Council will be holding Ordinary Council Meetings on the fourth Tuesday of every month commencing at 4:00pm unless otherwise stated.

Any member of the public can ask a question or make a deputation within an Ordinary Council Meeting.

Application forms must be completed in full and submitted to the Chief Executive Officer by 2pm of the day of the Ordinary Council Meeting. These can be emailed to eso@waroona.wa.gov.au or dropped off at the Shire Administration Buiding at 52 Hesse Street, Waroona.

 All Council and Committee meetings are audio recorded and made public in accordance with r.14J of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996.

Agendas and Appendices are uploaded to this website approximately 7 days before each council meeting. Minutes and Audio Recordings of each meeting are uploaded within 2 days of a council meeting. They can be found by clicking on the council meeting dates below.
