The Shire of Waroona is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individual to join our Recreation Services team at the Waroona Recreation & Aquatic Centre in the casual position of Pool Lifeguard Attendant. This role is ideal for applicants who enjoy working in an active, community-focused environment and are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all facility users.
As a Pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Shire’s aquatic facilities, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patrons. This includes actively monitoring pool and aquatic areas, delivering friendly and professional customer service, and contributing to a welcoming and positive environment for facility users.
This is a casual position, making this role well suited to those seeking work-life balance or supplementary income. Remuneration is provided in accordance with the Local Government Officers Award 2021 Level 3 and is dependent on experience and qualifications.
