International Volunteer Breakfast

The Shire of Waroona extends a heartfelt thank you to all the dedicated volunteers who give their time, energy, and heart through our local clubs, groups, and community organisations. Your contribution makes Waroona a stronger, kinder, and more connected place to live.

This International Volunteer Day, our councillors and staff are turning the tables to serve you — the volunteers who give so much throughout the year. Join us for a relaxed breakfast to celebrate and connect with others who help make a difference in our community.

When: Saturday, 6 December 2025
Where: Waroona Memorial Hall – 8:00 AM, Preston Beach Community Centre – 9:00 AM

RSVP by 29 November
This event is open to volunteers who are part of a local club, group, or community organisation within the Shire of Waroona. Please RSVP to attend either the Waroona or Preston Beach breakfast, and let us know who’ll be joining you and any dietary requirements so we can cater accordingly.
