At the June Ordinary Council Meeting, the Shire of Waroona resolved to provide free lifetime registration of a dog or cat, owned by a person residing in the district, that participates in the RSPCA Pet Sterilisation Pilot Program and who provides suitable evidence of participation, at the time of seeking registration.
