We’re look for an enthusiastic and hardworking Parks & Gardens – General Hand to join our friendly Works Team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our community beautiful by helping to deliver the Shires gardening programs, including the maintenance and presentation of parks, gardens and sporting surfaces. If you’re passionate about gardening, enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping community spaces looking their best, the Shire of Waroona want you!

This position has been created to support the Shire’s existing works team and address a current workforce gap. The role will be employed under the Shire of Waroona Outside Workforce Enterprise Agreement Level 3 to 4 ($32.70 to $34.56 per hr +25% casual loading), dependent on skills and experience.
