We'd like to let our community know that the pontoon at Drakesbrook Weir will not be reinstated this summer.
After recent water level assessments, it was determined that reinstating the pontoon isn't possible due to safety compliance.
We understand this may be disappointing for those who've enjoyed using the pontoon over summer. The Weir remains open for recreation, and we encourage everyone to continue enjoying the space.
