Fencing Amendment Local Law 2026
The Shire of Waroona has resolved to make the Shire of Waroona Fencing Amendment Local Law 2026.
The purpose of the local law is to correct errors in the Shire of Waroona Fencing Local Law 2026.
The effect of making the proposed local law is that the Shire of Waroona Fencing Local Law 2026 is clearer to understand, apply and enforce.
A copy of the amendment local law may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire’s Administration Office at 52 Hesse Street, Waroona, between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. A consolidated version of the Fencing Local Law 2026 is available from the Shire's Local Laws webpage.
The local law was published in the Government Gazette on Friday, 9 October 2026 and will come into operation on 23 October 2026.
