The Shire of Waroona Biennial Community Survey 2026 is now open, and we want to hear from you.
Held every two years, the survey provides an opportunity for our community to tell us what matters most, share experiences of Shire services and facilities, and let us know where you think improvements could be made.
This year's survey asks for feedback across a broad range of areas, including:
- community priorities;
- environment, waste and sustainability;
- community connection, events and activities;
- accessibility;
- paths and walkways;
- community safety;
- tourism, business and economic development;
- Shire facilities, programs and activities;
- communication, customer service and community engagement; and
- the Shire's overall performance.
There are also plenty of opportunities to tell us more about your ideas, including what events and activities you would like to see, suggestions for new paths or trails, services or opportunities you feel may be missing, and how the Shire can better communicate and engage with the community.
Your feedback will help the Shire better understand local priorities and community needs and will help inform future planning, projects, services and community initiatives.
The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete and will be open from 1 September until 31 October 2026.

The prize draw will take place on 2 November 2026. Contact details provided for the prize draw will be kept separate from your survey responses and used only to administer the draw.
