Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Waroona adds the following Fees and Charges to the 2025/26 Fees and Charges Schedule in relation to Development Road and Maintenance Bond rates -
- Sealed road within residential area - $605/m
- Sealed road in rural, rural residential and rural living - $420/m
- Unsealed (gravel/ limestone) roads - $120/m
- Asphalt pathway - $110/ metre2
- Brick paved pathway - $160/ metre2
- Concrete pathway - $160/ metre2
- Gravel pathway - $50/ metre2
The new fees and charges will take effect from Wednesday, 21st January 2026.
