The Shire of Waroona proposes to enter into a major land transaction being the subdivision and development for housing of lot 43 (No. 1) Eastcott Street, Waroona.

 

A copy of the plan may be inspected or obtained from https://www.waroona.wa.gov.au/community/community-engagement/current-consultation.aspx, the Shire Library or the Administration Office at 52 Hesse St, Waroona.

 

Submissions about the proposed transaction may be made to the Shire of Waroona by 2pm Friday 1 May 2026 , by email to warshire@waroona.wa.gov.au or in writing to PO Box 20 Waroona WA 6215 or hand delivered to 52 Hesse Street Waroona.
