The Shire has secured funding through the Regional Road Safety Program for the installation of audible edge and centre lines on Nanga Brook Road and Lake Clifton Road.
This program is 100% externally funded, meaning there is no cost to the Shire. Works this financial year will focus on Nanga Brook Road.
We have been advised by Main Roads Western Australia that works are scheduled to commence next week from Tuesday 3 March 2026.
What to expect:
- Slow moving plant onsite.
- Traffic control in place.
- Possible minor delays, so please allow adequate travel time.
Works are expected to occur between 3 March and 6 March 2026 (weather permitting).
