The Shire of Waroona is currently transitioning to a new phone system to improve customer service and better support our community.
As part of this upgrade, there may be a temporary phone outage of up to one (1) hour today. We are hopeful the disruption will be shorter, however some downtime is unavoidable during the changeover.
The new system will enable improved call handling, and streamlined service delivery across the organisation.
