Please be advised that Water Corporation will be undertaking important repair work on Bridge 3987 Coronation Road, Wagerup.
To carry out these works Coronation Road will be closed between Peppermint Grove Road and Buller Road.
The closure will be in place from 7 May to 30 May 2025.
Heavy vehicles will need to use the alternative route of Greenlands Road in the north to access Coronation Road from Southwest Hwy. Dorsett road is not suitable or safe for heavy vehicles.
Water Corporation is aware of safety concerns on the detours and is working with Main Roads to ensure additional signage is located on the detour routes, Forrest and Southwest Highway to accommodate any additional traffic movements.
Water Corporation has notified emergency services and school buses about the detour arrangements.
Water Corporation sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this closure will cause and thank you for your patience while these important safety works are carried out.
