WAOONA BUSINESS AFTER HOURS EVENT
Waroona’s future is looking bright, with the launch of the Town Centre Revitalisation Strategy set to guide central development and enhance the character and charm of the town site. In partnership with the private sector, the Shire will be seeking government funding to deliver key actions and priorities focusing on economic support and regeneration over the next decade.
Pivotal to the project is the development of the Waroona Community Precinct, a central hub that will provide social and recreational opportunities for young people, families and seniors. The Precinct will increase usage and visitation to the town centre, supporting local business and the local economy. Works on the Community Precinct are set to start early in 2022.
The Shire of Waroona looks forward to working collaboratively with business and property owners and the wider community during this exciting time of change.
The Waroona Business Support Group will provide an update and launch their Customer Experience Charter as well as the Waroona Breakfast Club.
This event also provides an opportunity for local small businesses to showcase their products and services including arts, crafts, produce and more. There will be a limit of stalls which are complimentary to businesses based in the Shire of Waroona - preference will be provided to Peel Chamber Members initially. These stalls are to be set up as an unattended display and still allow business owners to network with attendees.

BUS TRANSPORT TO EVENT
Mandurah Bus Charters have kindly donated a bus transport option to get attendees from Mandurah to the October Business After Hours at Waroona Memorial Hall.
Bus will be departing Mandurah at 4:30pm.
