In accordance with section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995, the next annual electors’ meeting will be held at the Preston Beach Community Centre on Tuesday 22nd March 2022 at 6.00pm following the March Ordinary Council Meeting.
The Agenda for this meeting will be available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting via the Council’s website www.waroona.wa.gov.au. In addition to any other relevant items the Council’s 2020/21 Annual Report will be the first matter of discussion.
An electronic copy of the 2020/21 Annual Report can be found here as well in hard copy at the Shire Administration Office.
Community members are requested to register their attendance, so that numbers can be catered for and appropriate COVID safety provision are put in place.
To facilitate the answering of questions at the meeting, it is required that 24 hours’ notice be given to any questions concerning financial or other matters which may require research.
