SHIRE OF WAROONA
PROPOSAL TO BORROW
At its ordinary Council meeting held on Tuesday 14th December 2021, Council resolved by absolute majority exercise its power to borrow.
- The Shire of Waroona intends to borrow the sum of $550,000 for the term of 20 years for the purpose of purchasing land at Nos. 26 & 28 Fouracre Street, Waroona for future town centre strategic intentions.
One month’s public notice of this proposal is hereby given as required by section 6.20 (2) of the Local Government Act 1995.
